In mother russia, you don't flank HMG, HMG flank you. As result, they are not good for fighting against sniper, I already tried several time and failed miserably (it just loses speed too fast from turning)
It doesn't even need to get hit by AT grenade normal rifle will dish out good chunk of damage. Kubelwagen remind me of bike from CoH1 except it is way sluggish and expensive for its durability. If you are talking about the maxim in a building then you need to get that support gun (which isn't too bad, without the special shaped charges it still penetrates shermans and T-34/76s easily) or just distract the maxim with volks and attack up close with sturm pioneers.
